Anyone can update, edit, enhance, or correct an unclaimed business listing in Locokerala.  Find the business listing, hit ‘edit’, and follow the instructions.

After creating your listing, it gets sent to our internal systems. Processing times can change depending on how busy the site is at the time. If it’s taking a little longer than expected, please bear with us. Once it goes live we’ll send you an email to confirm, and a link to your listing.

Checking On Your Listings

Your listings can be found in ‘My Listing’ in your ‘Profile’. If your listing is not published for any reason, it will be in the ‘Pending’ folder.

There are a few reasons why your ad might be not being live:

Expired: Listings posted in Business, Job and Events are live for its respective time period.

Removed: Listings are removed from our end if we believe it breaches one or more of our posting rules. An email with more information as to why this has happened will be sent to your registered email address.

Needs Edits: Listings are occasionally placed in edit mode from our end. We will send you an email advising you what needs to be tweaked. Once that’s done, the listing is good to go.

Processing: Listings can take some time to go through our systems. The exact amount of time depends on the listings and how busy Locokerala is at the time. You’ll receive an email to let you know when it’s officially gone live.

Most Listings on Locokerala are free to post.

There’s a lot you can do for free on Locokerala. Sell your car or post a job vacancy and posting events happening near your place or opening a new online shop. All without putting your hand in your pocket.

Sometimes you might need to pay a fee to get your listing where you want it. The amount depends on:

–   whether you’re posting a business listing using ‘Plus business or Premium business’ packages in Business section

You’ll see fees clearly advertised and added up before you check out, so you never get an unexpected charge. You’re under no obligation to post your listing of course.

For Online Shoppers?

While you buy a product from our Locokerala Market Place you need to pay for the product price and may be an extra for the seller’s shipping charge. At Shopping section there is only two methods for payment:

  • Direct bank transfer
  • Using PayUmoney

And NO CASH NO DELIVERY OPTION is possible in Locokerala.

At Locokerala you login with your email and a password, you will have set up your password when you registered.  If you don’t remember your password you can reset it to something you can remember (clickhere).  You’ll be asked to enter your email address (it must be the one you registered with) and you’ll get an email a minute or so later with a link to reset your password.  Click the link and you’ll hit a page where you can enter a new password and update.
