    Looking for a Office Assistant/Customer Care Executive (*Female - candidates only), who has min 1-year exp. with the following requirements. Exploiting new business opportunities within the market on daily basis and generate more business, converting an inquiry into a new client, project proposals and quotations, Establish and improve cooperation with new/existing customers. Specifically, you will Work closely with Top Management and Operations departments to identify opportunities, strategies, and solutions to challenges of customers and meet sales targets.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Customer Handling
    Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
    Client Meeting
    Implementation of business development strategies.
    Tele-calling
    Proper Maintenance of internal data
    Handling customer queries
    Prepare outgoing mail for distribution
    Maintain office filing and storage systems
    Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
    Retrieve information when requested
    Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

    Organization and planning skills
    Verbal and written communication skills
    Attention to detail
    Accuracy
    Teamwork
    Customer handling experience
    Multi Language proficiency
    Computer basic Knowledge
    Freshers or experienced

    Salary: As per industry standards

    Location: Thrissur (Near Passport Office)
