The most practical benefit will be it’s easy for you to track the status of your orders, your order history and you will be receiving notifications on exclusive member offers, updates on new launches and more exciting news. Future benefits will be you can redeem the loyalty points.

I forgot my password, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request your password to be sent to the email address you have previously registered with us by clicking the Forgot Password link. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address and a temporary password will be sent to you.

How to place an order?

Select the product you wish to buy and add it to your cart. Then go to your cart and click on the ‘check out’ button. Enter your billing details and make the payment. Sit back & relax. Your goodies are on their way.

How can I track my order?

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, along with tracking details, or you can Log-in to your account and click the Order and know the order status.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email to the registered Email address once you have placed the order on our website. You can also check the order status in “MY ACCOUNT” section if you are a registered member.

Do I need to have an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order using guest checkout without having an account. However, we strongly recommend making an account on our website to make your shopping experience swift and simple.

How to cancel my product?

All products that have been shipped can not be cancelled and the amount will not be refunded.  But if the order is not dispatched from our warehouse, we can assist you. Please write to us support@locokerala.com for further assistance.

How to buy in bulk?

The minimum value to be termed bulk order is USD 1,500. You will be offered discounts for such orders. Products not featured on the website could also be offered. Contact us for further details at support@locokerala.com

Refunds and Returns

How can I return or replace a product?

All our products except food items are exchangeable and returnable, if damaged or defective. To replace damaged or defective items, write to us at sales@locokerala.com within 72 hours of receiving the product (after which the product is not liable for exchange). Don’t forget to attach your order invoice and a picture of the damaged product.

How will I get a refund for my cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

All approved refund credits will be made to the original method of payment within 7 working days.

How to make payment?

After entering the billing address, you will reach the payment page. Customers could make use of credit cards & debit cards or loyalty points. International customers can pay using PayPal (not available for domestic customers)

Shipping

How long will it take to ship my order?

It takes around 3-5 days or 4-6 days for domestic and international orders respectively for the product to be shipped. Time may increase if the order volume is of higher quantity.

Is free delivery available?

Yes, we offer free delivery for orders above INR 1000 for domestic orders and above USD 300 for international orders.

What are the charges for shipment not eligible for free delivery?

A standard rate of INR 99 for domestic orders and USD 30 for international orders is applicable.
