No, you can place an order using guest checkout without having an account. However, we strongly recommend making an account on our website to make your shopping experience swift and simple.
How to cancel my product?
All products that have been shipped can not be cancelled and the amount will not be refunded. But if the order is not dispatched from our warehouse, we can assist you. Please write to us firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
How to buy in bulk?
The minimum value to be termed bulk order is USD 1,500. You will be offered discounts for such orders. Products not featured on the website could also be offered. Contact us for further details at email@example.com
Refunds and Returns FAQ
How can I return or replace a product?
All our products except food items are exchangeable and returnable, if damaged or defective. To replace damaged or defective items, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receiving the product (after which the product is not liable for exchange). Don’t forget to attach your order invoice and a picture of the damaged product.
How will I get a refund for my cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
All approved refund credits will be made to the original method of payment within 7 working days.
How to make payment?
After entering the billing address, you will reach the payment page. Customers could make use of credit cards & debit cards or loyalty points. International customers can pay using PayPal (not available for domestic customers)
How long will it take to ship my order?
It takes around 3-5 days or 4-6 days for domestic and international orders respectively for the product to be shipped. Time may increase if the order volume is of higher quantity.
Is free delivery available?
Yes, we offer free delivery for orders above INR 1000 for domestic orders and above USD 300 for international orders.

A standard rate of INR 99 for domestic orders and USD 30 for international orders is applicable.
